Christopher Tocin is the Head of BSA/AML Program Management within M&T Bank. Chris’ responsibilities are focused around the Strategic Direction for the Regulatory Technologies under his direction, and the impact assessment of BSA/ AML decisions throughout the organization. Most recently Chris has led BSA/AML teams responsible for the development of the AML Data Governance Structure, development of Model Risk Management Compliance and strategic direction around Robotics Process Automation and Machine Learning.
