Paul M. Krieger served for more than nine years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the SDNY, where he was Chief of the Narcotics Unit and a Chief of the Complex Frauds and Cybercrime Unit. Paul supervised the investigation and prosecution of sophisticated financial frauds, money laundering, FCPA violations, criminal tax offenses, cybercrimes, and narcotics trafficking; including the cyber intrusion that resulted in the largest-ever theft of customer data from a U.S. financial institution, and two of the Department of Justice’s largest criminal, corporate FCPA resolutions.
