Miles holds over three decades of experience in consumer and small business finance. Prior to QED, he served as CFO for Audax Health, Inc. where he reoriented the business strategy, built out analytics functions, raised capital, and oversaw the sale of the company. He also held the positions of COO and CFO for Network Solutions, and Executive VP and CFO for Sears Holdings Corporation. Miles spent almost a decade in several executive roles at Capital One where his responsibilities included development and implementation of the corporation’s capital and financial strategies, oversight of the card businesses financials and consumer analytics, and strategic planning.
