Martha Coakley has been a trial attorney for almost four decades. With civil litigation experience at two firms in Boston, twenty years as a prosecutor in the Middlesex District Attorney’s office and service as a Field Attorney for the Department of Justice in the Boston Organized Strike Force, she has tried hundreds of civil and criminal cases including high profile cases. As the first female Attorney General of Massachusetts, Martha Coakley served from 2007- 2015. She is a Partner at Foley Hoag LLC where she focuses on government and internal investigations, litigation, data privacy and security, and healthcare.
