Krista Potter is a former litigator from Texas turned FinTech attorney in California. She learned FinTech from the ground up at a Silicon Valley startup before joining pre-IPO Affirm in early 2019. As Assistant General Counsel, she leads the product and regulatory legal and the licensing teams at Affirm, both of which have grown to mighty teams of counsel advising Affirm on consumer protection laws and regulatory developments. In her free time, Krista enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, taking day trips to Napa, and mentoring her younger colleagues at Affirm.
