Kevin Conroy is a partner in Foley Hoag’s Boston office with a primary focus on government investigations and regulatory matters. Kevin has considerable experience guiding clients through the regulatory process, including consumer protection investigations, rate proceedings, and cannabis and gaming licensing. Kevin previously served as the Massachusetts Deputy Attorney General, supervising nearly all civil matters in the office including non-profit, consumer enforcement, insurance, financial services, health care and energy.
