Ken Auspaker is a Managing Director in the financial technology group of Evercore’s corporate advisory business. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Auspaker was an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Putnam Lovell. His transaction experience includes advising the Independent Directors of the Board of First Data Corporation on its pending $40 billion combination with Fiserv, Safe Banking Systems (“SBS”) on its sale to RELX Group / Accuity, HgCapital on its sale of Intelliflo to Invesco and Alerian on its sale to Aretex Capital Partners.
