Diana C. Banks is Senior Counsel with the American Bankers Association, with a broad policy portfolio of consumer and regulatory issues. Previously, she served in the Pentagon as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Force Education and Training, including financial education and readiness for uniformed service members. Diana began her career in private law practice, providing banks and other Fortune 100 clients with counsel on regulatory and securities compliance, internal investigations, and commercial litigation. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Stanford University.
