Denis is responsible for overseeing compliance with all federal, state and local laws, any contractual obligations with 2U’s university partners, and external lobbying efforts. Over the last six years, Denis has built and managed a team of experts around the areas of accreditation, licensure, state authorization, marketing compliance, business process and internal controls related to Sarbanes Oxley requirements of ethics, privacy and organizational compliance. Previously, Denis worked for Full Sail University and a general practice in NYC.
