Anne has worked in call centers for 20 years. She has held every position from agent to Volume/Staffing Analyst, Workforce Manager and Dialer Administrator. Her solid understanding of the many moving parts of a call center has brought her to OnDeck. She managed the administration and operation of Five9 (dialer), PerformLine (QA), and LivePerson (chat) for all of OnDeck.
