Andrew Cosgrove serves as Associate General Counsel to Upgrade, Inc., a financial technology start-up based in San Francisco that offers online access to consumer credit products. As the first attorney at Upgrade, Andrew helped build and scale the company’s legal and compliance functions. He previously was a senior counsel at another Bay Area FinTech start-up and practiced in the white- collar group of a large international law firm in New York.
