As the leader of Lyft’s Regulatory Compliance team, Alix manages Lyft’s compliance with rules in all fifty states and Canada. Her team’s scope includes the regulations pertaining to ridesharing, autonomous vehicles, healthcare, as well as background checks, internal auditing, corporate disclosures and data reporting. During Alix’s tenure as Lyft’s VP of Compliance, she has successfully led the company’s transition of its background check provider, as well as building compliance programs for market launches in Canada and in the United States, helping the Lyft platform reach 95% of the US population.
