Alex is Co-Founder, Managing Director and General Counsel of Fenway Summer Ventures, a venture capital firm backing entrepreneurs bringing responsible innovation to financial services and other highly regulated industries. Prior to joining FSV, Alex practiced law at a major international law firm, where he advised financial institutions on a wide range of legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. Alex also regularly advised sponsors on the formation and management of investment funds.
