With nearly 20 years of Banking experience, Mr. David Tilis has been revolutionizing the use of technology within banking for companies such as Union Bank of Switzerland, and Cross River Bank, and now, FinWise Bank. As Chief Strategy Officer for FinWise Bank, Mr. Tilis is focused on building out tactical approaches to strategic plans with a passion for Banking, Lending, Technology, and Capital Markets. Mr. Tilis has extensive experience in creating new business lines while building out highly effective and cohesive internal teams from the ground up. Skilled in high-level business planning, partnership alignment, business and strategy execution. Throughout his career, Mr. Tilis has built two FinTech Partnerships departments with over 30 partnerships including Liberty Lending, Upstart, Behalf, and Elevate which have cumulatively originated over $10 billion. He has served as a panelist and speaker for conferences such as Lend360, Comply, and the Hudson Cook Financial Services Conference.
