Prior to becoming Head of Risk Management for Penns Woods Bancorp in 2013, Aron was a National Bank Examiner for two decades with the Comptroller of the Currency (“OCC”) where he led teams and served as a team member at various examinations of financial institutions in the United States. His areas of expertise are bank regulatory compliance, risk management, credit risk, balance sheet management and bank information technology.
